1 General Terms & Introduction

bad33 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming service that provides users in Bangladesh with various entertainment gaming experiences including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. These terms ("Agreement") form a legal contract between you and bad33.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bad33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come from your own bank account or mobile banking account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• bad33 reserves the right to accept or reject any deposit, especially in cases of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). The current wagering multiplier is 20x. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while playing with bonus funds.
• bad33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• VIP members will receive their cashback and other benefits under a separate VIP policy.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on bad33 are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no possibility of manipulating any game's outcome.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted for any reason or a server error occurs, bad33 reserves the right to make the final decision on that game's outcome. bad33 will not be held liable for any winnings or losses caused by technical issues.

5.3 Sports Betting

bad33's separate sports betting rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless bad33 itself suspends or voids a market.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bad33 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under a third party's identity.
• Misusing bonuses or gaining advantages through fraudulent means (bonus abuse, arbitrage betting).
• Playing games using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bad33 staff.
• Knowingly exploiting technical glitches or bugs.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 bad33's Rights

bad33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

7.2 User Rights

You may close your account yourself at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned (subject to conditions being met).
